Periods of showers and storms (30 to 60% chances) continue through tonight. Although unlikely, an strong to severe storm is possible west of the James River this afternoon and evening. Greatest risk is near the I-29 corridor, with 60 mph wind gusts and quarter sized hail possible. Southerly winds remain breezy with gusts to 35 mph today. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Lingering rain chances (less than 30%) east of I-29 Thursday into Thursday evening. An isolated strong to severe storm cannot be ruled out. Periodic rain and storm chances continue into early next week, but confidence in the details remains low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
