This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, east central South
Dakota and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated to scattered storms expected this morning through early
afternoon. Low to moderate (40% or less) chances for showers and
storms move into the area late tonight into Wednesday morning. Severe
weather is not expected, but stronger storms today and tonight may
produce wind gusts to 50 mph and small hail along with frequent
lightning.

Increasing southerly wind gusts to 35 mph expected this afternoon and
tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Moderate (40 to 60%) rain chances return Wednesday afternoon and
night. Although risk is low, a strong to severe storm is possible
during the afternoon and evening hours.

Periodic rain and storm chances continue through the weekend,
although confidence in details is low.

central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and southeast
South Dakota.

into the area late tonight into Wednesday morning. Severe weather is
not expected, but stronger storms today and tonight may produce wind
gusts to 50 mph and small hail along with frequent lightning.

and tonight.
