...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including
  the following counties, in north central Texas, Collin, Fannin,
  Grayson, Hunt, Kaufman and Rockwall. In northeast Texas, Anderson,
  Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van Zandt.

* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Low-water crossings may become flooded. Area creeks and streams
  are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
