.DISCUSSION...
Hot conditions and late afternoon and evening scattered showers
and thunderstorms are expected across the region today. Some
storms could become severe with large hail and damaging winds.
Wetting rains are not expected for any area not hit directly by
the storms. Conditions then cool slightly and dry out Monday through
Wednesday followed by a switch to more unsettled weather late in
the week.
