Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Northeast Montana
National Weather Service Glasgow MT
236 AM MDT Fri Jun 14 2024

.DISCUSSION...
The warmest day so far this summer is expected today with temperatures
rising into the 80s and 90s, with minimum RH values between 25-35% this
afternoon. A round of thunderstorms will move through this evening,
mainly south of the Missouri River with some of the storms producing
severe wind gusts. A cold front moving through the region tomorrow will
produce more widespread thunderstorms with some reaching severe levels by
the afternoon or evening. Much cooler air behind the front will bring
temperatures below seasonal averages on Sunday with a more widespread
rain event moving in Monday and Tuesday.
