This is the regional weather summary for the eastern two-thirds
of Montana, southern Saskatchewan, and western North Dakota.

As the pressure gradient continues to weaken today, light and
variable winds prevail for southwestern areas while northwest winds
of 25 to 35 mph remain for northeastern areas, including some gusts
up to 45 mph. Under widespread sunny skies, high temperatures today
are ranging from the upper 60s to upper 70s.

A cool front tonight through Friday morning will bring a chance of
showers near the Montana and Saskatchewan border. The remainder of
the region will have mostly clear skies. Lows will range from the
mid 40s to mid. Light and variable winds will eventually set up from
the northeast around 15 mph.

Friday through Friday night, cloudy skies will become mostly sunny
with highs ranging from the lower 60s in the north, to the lower 80s
in the south, and lows ranging from the lower 40s in the north to
the lower 50s in the south. North winds around 15 to 20 mph will
gradually shift from the northwest.
