...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of east central
Phillips, northeastern Garfield, southwestern Daniels, western
Roosevelt, Valley and northwestern McCone Counties through 445 PM MDT
...

At 344 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 17 miles north of Saco to 20 miles northeast of
Devils Creek Rec Area. Movement was east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Glasgow, Nashua, Fort Peck, Duck Creek Rec Area, St. Marie, Peerless,
The Pines Rec Area, Tampico, Hinsdale, Lustre, Fort Peck Marina,
Frazer, Rock Creek Rec Area, Nelson Creek Rec Area, Vandalia, Park
Grove, West Fork, The Bentonite Plant, Volt, and Frenchman Reservoir.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

If on or near Fort Peck Lake, get out of the water and move indoors
or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for
northeastern Montana.
