This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Evening and Tonight.

Late this evening and through the overnight hours, a line of
thunderstorms is expected to push east across the outlook area.
These storms are expected to weaken the further east they go, but
some storms may be on the strong to marginally severe side,
especially for counties along and west of Highway 183. Wind gusts
around 60 MPH and small hail would be the primary threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

A few thunderstorms may linger past sunrise on Wednesday
over portions of the outlook area mainly east of Highway 281.
Later in the afternoon on Wednesday, some additional
thunderstorms may redevelop, mainly along and east of Highway 281.
If these storms develop, a few could be strong to marginally
severe, with wind gusts near 60 MPH and quarter size hail being
the primary threats.

After a dry day Thursday, more widespread thunderstorm chances
return to the outlook area Friday through Sunday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any possible instances of wind
gusts over 50 MPH and/or hail that might occur overnight.
