...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN PHELPS...GOSPER...
WESTERN BUFFALO AND DAWSON COUNTIES THROUGH 1145 PM CDT...

At 1056 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Gothenburg to 8 miles southwest of Willow
Island to near Lexington to near Bertrand. Movement was northeast at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Lexington, Cozad, Gothenburg, Bertrand, and Willow Island around
  1100 PM CDT.
  Overton around 1110 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Eddyville, Elm
Creek, Sumner and Miller.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 210 and 258.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
south central Nebraska.
