...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN YORK...NORTHEASTERN
HAMILTON...NORTHEASTERN MERRICK AND POLK COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM
CDT...

At 334 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Columbus to near Aurora. Movement was east
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Stromsburg, Osceola, Hampton, and Polk around 340 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Shelby and
Benedict.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
south central, central and east central Nebraska.
