...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT MITCHELL AND EASTERN JEWELL
COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM CDT...

At 630 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Webber to near Beloit to near Hunter. Movement
was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Beloit, Formoso, Randall, and Victor around 635 PM CDT.
  Scottsville around 640 PM CDT.
  Asherville around 650 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Simpson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
north central Kansas.
