...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MESA AND
SOUTHWESTERN GARFIELD COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM MDT...

At 211 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of thunderstorms
near Fruita, or 15 miles northwest of Grand Junction, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. Heavy rain is
         also possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fruita, Mack, and Loma.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 8 and 20.
 Colorado 139 between mile markers 1 and 24.
