At 1243 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms 20 miles south of Dove Creek to 8 miles southeast of Twin Falls. Movement is east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Hovenweep National Monument and Towaoc. This includes the following highways...
