Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

Skies were partly sunny across the region on Tuesday with a few
isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon in northwest Kansas near a
cold front. Hail up to half dollar size was reported near Densmore
in Norton County. Skies became mostly cloudy Tuesday night with
scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms developing late.
Overnight temperatures were in the 60s with northeast winds of 10
to 20 mph.

OUTLOOK... today will be cloudy with scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the 60s.
Showers and isolated thunderstorms continue through tonight,
ending late. Lows will be in the 50s and 60s. For the end of the
week, expect warmer temperatures and only slight chances for
afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Highs on Thursday will be in
the upper 80s and highs on Friday will be in the lower 90s.
