...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WICHITA...
SOUTHEASTERN WALLACE...SOUTHWESTERN LOGAN AND CENTRAL GREELEY
COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM MDT/1045 PM CDT/...

At 910 PM MDT/1010 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 7 miles northwest of Horace, or 9 miles northwest of
Tribune, moving northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Wichita, southeastern Wallace, southwestern Logan and central Greeley
Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
