...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT YUMA COUNTY THROUGH 600 PM MDT...

At 528 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lone Star to 7 miles
northeast of Arickaree School. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Yuma around 535 PM MDT.

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 207 and 210, and
between mile markers 212 and 269.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
northeastern and east central Colorado.
