...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN NORTON AND NORTHEASTERN
DECATUR COUNTIES THROUGH 800 AM CDT...

At 723 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles east of Oberlin, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and dime to penny size hail.

SOURCE...An automated weather observing site in Oberlin measured
         sustained winds at 36 mph and gusts up to 45 mph in
         association with this storm at 715 AM CDT.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Norcatur around 735 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall with this storm may lead to localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
