...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN RED WILLOW AND NORTHEASTERN HITCHCOCK COUNTIES...

At 801 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Culbertson, or
8 miles west of McCook, moving north at 5 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR eastern Hitchcock and western Red
Willow counties.

HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather reports baseball sized hail 6 miles
         southeast of Culbertson.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
         Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
         siding, and vehicles.

This severe storm will be near...
  Culbertson around 805 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This storm is producing destructive winds and large damaging hail.
