...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN RED WILLOW AND NORTHEASTERN HITCHCOCK COUNTIES...

At 710 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southwest of
McCook, moving northeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 6:31 PM CDT, trained spotter reported
         1.5 inch hail 8 miles southwest of McCook.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe storm will be near...
  McCook around 715 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
