.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions continue today and most of Thursday, then
showers and storm chances arrive Thursday evening/night which
should bring much needed rain to most of the area, but amounts
look to be under a half inch for most spots. Relative humidity
values will dip into the upper 20s and 30s across much of the area
this afternoon, lowest in the sandy soil regions of central and
northern WI. Winds will stay under ~15 mph.
