...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...

Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay...

At 435 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 8 nm northwest of Long Tail Point
Light to 17 nm northeast of Oshkosh, moving northeast at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Green Bay Harbor Entrance Light, Sherwood Point Light, Chambers
Island, Peshtigo Reef Light, Little Suamico, Bay Shore Park, Sturgeon
Bay, Egg Harbor, Marinette, and Oconto.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
