Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
1049 AM CDT Fri May 17 2024

Areas of dense fog over eastern Wisconsin burned off by mid-
morning. Fair weather cumulus clouds had developed across northern
and central Wisconsin late this morning. Temperatures had warmed
into the lower to middle 60s north and near Lake Michigan, middle
to upper 60s south.

A weakening upper-level disturbance may bring a small chance of
thunderstorms into central Wisconsin this afternoon. Otherwise,
mostly to partly sunny skies are expected with high temperatures
to reach the middle to upper 70s across the forecast area. A
light southeast lake breeze will result in locally cooler
temperatures near the lake and bay.

Some isolated thunderstorms will be possible tomorrow afternoon
and evening, although most of the area is expected to remain dry
throughout the day. High temperatures are expected to range from
the low to mid 80s across the region with locally cooler
temperatures near Lake Michigan.
