Partly cloudy skies and calm conditions prevailed across the
forecast area during the late morning as low pressure continued to
move off to the south and east. 11 AM temperatures ranged from
the mid 50s in northeast Wisconsin to the mid 60s in the Fox
Valley.

Cloud cover should start to clear out from west to east this
afternoon, with portions of central to north-central Wisconsin
expected to see some sunshine before the sun sets this evening.
High temperatures this afternoon are forecast to reach the upper
60s to low 70s across the region, reading near to slightly above
average for this time of year.

Looking ahead, above normal temperatures are expected to prevail
through the end of the work week. Next chances for rain will then
arrive Sunday into Monday as the remnants of Hurricane Helene make
their way up into the Ohio Valley.
