Scattered light showers moved across the region this afternoon
ahead of a cold front. Temperatures ranged from around 60 degrees
to the lower 70s.

For tonight, these showers and a few storms are expected to come
to an end later this evening. Clouds will be on the decrease
overnight with lows in the lower 50s north, middle to upper 50s
south.

After some morning sunshine, clouds are forecast to be on the
increase Wednesday afternoon ahead of another cold front.
Southwest winds will bring warmer, more unstable air into the
region in the afternoon with showers and thunderstorms developing
to our west. Some of these storms may become strong or locally
severe late in the day into Wednesday evening with damaging winds
and hail the main threats. High temperatures to be in the upper
70s near Lake Michigan, lower to middle 80s inland.
