Some high cirrus clouds continued to stream eastward across the
area early this morning. It was a frosty morning across parts
of the north with readings in the middle 30s to lower 40s, while
it was in the middle 40s to lower 50s over the remainder of the
area.

For today, skies will turn cloudy as a band of showers and a
few thunderstorms moves east across the area late this morning
and this afternoon. High temperatures will be a few degrees below
normal in the upper 60s to middle 70s.

For tonight, the showers and few storms are expected to come to an
end. Clouds will be on the decrease with lows mainly in the 50s.
It will be warm Wednesday with highs in the 80s. The next chance
of storms arrives late Wednesday afternoon for a few, but more
likely Wednesday evening for most. Strong or severe storms will be
possible with damaging wind and hail.
