At 1144 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Weston to Bevent to near Amherst to near Plainfield to 7 miles north of Westfield. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail and torrential rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near...
