...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Van Buren and
Kalamazoo Counties through 800 AM EDT...

At 710 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near South Haven to near Gull Lake. Movement
was south at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Gusty winds may arrive before the heavy rain. Frequent cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning can
strike in areas where it is not currently raining. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 AM EDT for
south central and southwestern Michigan.
