.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Near gale monsoon flow will continue
through tonight, as a monsoon surge, induced by a nearby monsoon
disturbance, makes its way across the region. Combined seas of 5 to
7 feet are expected to quickly rise today, peaking at 12 to 15 feet
this afternoon and evening. Sea conditions are expected to be
hazardous to small craft tonight through at least Tuesday morning.

.TONIGHT...South wind 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. Wind waves 5 to
8 ft. Southwest swell 9 to 11 ft and east 3 ft. Frequent heavy
showers and scattered thunderstorms.
.TUESDAY...Southeast wind 10 to 20 kt. Wind waves 2 to 4 ft.
Southwest swell 6 to 8 ft and east 3 ft. Frequent heavy showers and
isolated thunderstorms.
