.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River Ma out to 25 NM
A gale center south of Cape Cod continues to bring east to
northeasterly winds for the next several days across the Gulf of
Maine. The gale weakens as it drifts southward by Sunday, but lingers
across the western Atlantic through early next week, keeping seas
elevated for several days as high pressure builds southward across
the waters.
