.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure just north of the area will
gradually shift southward and will linger just south of the area Friday
through the weekend. With the ridge nearby through the forecast period,
stable and fair weather conditions will persist with gentle winds. A
low pressure system passing just north of the area should produce a moderate
northwest swell, which will quickly fill in Saturday night and peak on Sunday.
A moderate long period south to south-southeast swell will fill in late Friday
and peak Saturday into Sunday.
