including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Moderate to occasionally strong onshore flow, elevated seas, and high
rip current risk will continue through Thursday. Conditions will
reach advisory levels at times during the day. Minor coastal
flooding will also be possible during times of high tide later
through Thursday morning. Winds and seas should begin diminishing
as we head into the second part of the week.
