.DISCUSSION..
Tropical Storm Alberto continues to bring widespread showers,
isolated lightening strikes and gusty winds across SE Texas. Areas
near the coast will see wind gusts approach 35 MPH at times.
Moderate, but still extensive coastal flooding is ongoing.
Conditions are expected to improve later on Thursday into Friday.
