.DISCUSSION...
Conditions today turn modestly hotter and drier compared to
previous days. Look for light winds that are fairly variable, but generally
more out of the east than other directions. High pressure will limit shower
development through Saturday. At most, an isolated shower or storm
may crop up around Matagorda Bay this afternoon. More significant rain chances
return Sunday evening as an influx of tropical moisture enters the area.
