.DISCUSSION...Temperatures will cool slightly each day Monday
through Wednesday although they will remain well above normal.
The cooling trend will continue later in the week as a drier
airmass pushes into the area. Moderate to locally poor humidity
recovery is expected during the period. Winds will remain light
and diurnally driven through Wednesday then pick up later in the
week as a system moving through the Pacific Northwest brings a
more pronounced onshore flow across central CA.
