* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph
  with gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, west
  winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 9 AM
  PDT Saturday. For the High Wind Watch, from Saturday afternoon
  through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
