For the Excessive Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures of 101 to 108 degrees possible. * WHERE...San Joaquin Valley, West Side Mountains, lower Sierra Nevada foothills, and the Kern River Valley. * WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from 11 AM Saturday to 6 AM PDT Sunday. For the Excessive Heat Watch, from Sunday morning through late Monday night. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Little relief is expected from the heat during the overnight hours on Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Minimum temperatures in Fresno and Bakersfield will remain in the mid to upper 70`s. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
