...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT SATURDAY...
...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE MONDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph
  with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, west
  winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 9 AM PDT Saturday. For the
  High Wind Watch, from Saturday afternoon through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.
