At 228 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles southeast of Walnut Grove, or 15 miles northwest of Florence,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
