...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT
FOR CENTRAL MCPHERSON AND CENTRAL SALINE COUNTIES...
At 716 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Niles to 6 miles north of Canton to near
Moundridge, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Salina, Mcpherson, Moundridge, Galva, Assaria, Smolan, Bridgeport,
and Salina Airport.
