South Santee River South Carolina out to 20 nautical miles...
Southerly winds in the near term as a front moves off to the north.
Unsettled weather is expected Thursday and Friday as Helene moves
up from the the Gulf of Mexico. Impacts remain uncertain, but
hazardous marine conditions will be possible as this system
approaches the southeastern US late this week. Improving weather
is slated for the weekend.
