Onshore flow increases tonight and Wednesday. Unsettled weather
is expected Thursday and Friday as Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine
develops in the Gulf of Mexico. Impacts remain uncertain, but
hazardous marine conditions will be possible as this system
approaches the southeastern US late this week.
