...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in North
Carolina...South Carolina...

  Cape Fear River At Elizabethtown affecting Bladen County.

  Cape Fear River At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3 affecting
  Bladen and Cumberland Counties.

  Waccamaw River near Longs affecting Brunswick, Columbus and Horry
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North
Carolina...

  Northeast Cape Fear River Near Burgaw affecting Pender County.

  Waccamaw River near Freeland affecting Brunswick and Columbus
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in South
Carolina...

  Great Pee Dee River At Pee Dee affecting Marion and Florence
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast.

* WHERE...Cape Fear River at Elizabethtown.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Flood waters will reach the top of the
  navigational lock.  The river will spread farther into lowlands,
  affecting building access roads closer to the river.  A few
  buildings closer to the river may be cutoff by the flood waters.
  The lower part of Cape Owen Manor Road may begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:35 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 24.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 15.3 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Northeast Cape Fear River near Burgaw.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Floodwaters begin to affect roads in
  Alligator Lake subdivision. Flooding worsens in the River Bend and
  River Birch subdivisions and along Croomsbridge Road and Old Maple
  Hill Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 11.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late Tuesday morning and continue falling to 7.7 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cape Fear River at William O Huske Lock And Dam 3.

* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 42.0 feet, Water levels will top the navigational
  lock and equipment must be removed. Minor flooding will occur on
  land adjacent to the east bank of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 43.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 36.1 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 42.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Waccamaw River near Longs.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding may limit vehicle access near the
  river at the end of Big Gutter Lane and Doodle Hill Lane.  Low
  spots on Red Bluff Road will begin to flood.  The end of Vera Road
  will flood.  Several boat landings will become inaccessible.
  Parts of Aberdeen County Club will be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 11.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Monday morning and continue rising to a crest of 12.4
    feet early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Waccamaw River near Freeland.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water will continue to spread out of its
  banks and into swamps along the river and some yards near the
  river will begin to flood. Fields along Kingstown Rd, Crusoe
  Island Road, and Dock Road may begin to flood. Pireway Road NW may
  begin to flood between Horseshoe Road NW and Rivergate Drive.
  Rivergate Drive may begin to flood. Mosquito Rd NW may begin to
  flood. The end of Reaves Ferry Road near Nakina may be flooded.
  Ash-Little River Road may begin to flood near Wet Ash Swamp.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue falling to 14.3 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
