* WHAT...Residual flooding will continue to occur.

* WHERE...The following county, in central Ohio, Union.

* WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1226 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding
    in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Richwood, West Mansfield, Somersville, Byhalia and Essex.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
