* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Union. In west
  central Ohio, Logan.

* WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1123 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding
    in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Russells Point, De Graff,
    Lakeview, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park,
    Northwood, Rushsylvania, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Magnetic
    Springs, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, New Jerusalem, Pickrelltown,
    East Liberty, Big Springs and Middleburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
