At 121 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesville, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Xenia, Waynesville, Wilberforce, New Jasper, Harveysburg, Spring Valley, Corwin, Bowersville, Port William, Paintersville, Middleton Corner, Lumberton, Roxanna, and Caesar Creek State Park.
