and eastern Tipton Counties through 615 PM EDT...

At 545 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Kokomo, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kokomo, Windfall, Sharpsville, and Indian Heights.
