...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WHITE COUNTY THROUGH 1230 AM
EDT...

At 1142 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Wolcott, or 9 miles west of Monticello, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Monticello, Monon, Brookston, Wolcott, Reynolds, Chalmers, Badger
Grove, Smithson, Headlee, Lee, Golden Hill, Indiana Beach, Norway,
Sitka, Cedar Point, and Buffalo.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 185 and 198.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
