...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN ELKHART...SOUTHEASTERN
CASS...ST. JOSEPH AND WESTERN BRANCH COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM EDT...

At 1218 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Vicksburg to Three Rivers to near Bristol.
Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elkhart, Sturgis, Three Rivers, Middlebury, Bronson, Constantine,
Bristol, Union City, White Pigeon, Centreville, Colon, Nottawa,
Mottville, Leonidas, Mendon, Burr Oak, Sherwood, Klinger Lake,
Fishers Lake, and Fairfax.

This includes Interstate 80 in Indiana between mile markers 95 and
108.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
