.SYNOPSIS...

Gusty Northerly flow will slowly diminish this evening and become
Northwest later tonight as Potential Tropical Cyclone Eight moves
inland over the Carolinas. Seas will be slower to subside tonight
but lingering Small Craft Advisory headlines should come to an end
by Tuesday morning. A leftover frontal boundary and weak pressure
pattern will linger over the region through the middle of the
week. A frontal passage is expected late this week with high
pressure building north of the region by this weekend and will
lead to an increase in Northeast winds by Friday and Saturday.
