Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1119 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rainfall lingering over the area. Minor flooding is likely ongoing in the advisory area. Between 3 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen since late this afternoon. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
